Usually, our solutions are developed based on existing housing designs. Therefore, the bearing types introduced here are mainly to be seen as the background for further product developments and presentation of availale housing types.
For all designs, the first letter W indicates a journal bearing produced by us, the second letter indicates the bearing system type.
Vertical bearings WV
Housing designs of the vertical bearings produced by us are implemented according to our own company standards. We manufacture bearings of this type for shaft diameters ranging from 140 to 710 mm.
Bearings of type WV have been applied in vertical pumps, water turbines and generators. They are available as radial or radial-axial bearings. An integrated pump circulates the lubrication oil through an integrated cooler without external energy source.
